Equipment Introduction:
1. Suitable for various circular specifications such as PE cans, aluminum alloy cans, paper cans, as well as special customized mold bottle shapes, for automatic quantitative filling production of Chinese medicine decoction pieces with good circulation.
2. The equipment has a high degree of automation, operates in a coordinated manner throughout the entire line, and meets the requirements of GMP standards. The bottle is placed on the bottle sorting machine by the operator, and the machine automatically sorts the bottles. The material is automatically lifted, weighed, loaded, positioned, sealed, labeled, and the production date is printed. A series of production processes are automated and do not require manual participation. According to the needs of enterprises, auxiliary supporting equipment such as weight sorting scales, automatic desiccant feeding, bottle body powder removal devices, manual operation work areas, inkjet printers, automatic soft cap sealing, and finished product collection workbenches can also be provided to further improve and meet production needs.
Equipment process:
Manually place empty bottles on the rotary table for bottle sorting mechanism, pour the materials to be packaged into the vibrating hopper of the Z-type elevator, and the elevator lifts and transports the materials to the multi head combination scale for weighing. The conveyor belt first transports the empty bottles to the positioning point for positioning and waiting, and the multi head scale fills them into the bottles. After filling, they are transported to the bottle dust removal device for cleaning, and then transported to the automatic capping machine for sealing. After coming out, the soft plastic cap is automatically pressed and transported to the labeling machine for labeling, and finally manually packed.

Equipment process:
Manually put the empty bottles on the swivel plate to handle the bottle and pour the packed material into the Z elevator hopper. The elevator lifts the material and conveys it to combination weigher. the empty bottles will be conveyed to locating point by conveyor belt and waits. the combination weighers finish filling then the filled bottles are conveyed to the dust removal device for cleaning. after cleaning, they are conveyed to automatic capping machine to seal, automatic pressing plastic cap labeling, and manually pack it
